Sirpi Studio Shipping Policy

At Sirpi Studio, every creation is carefully handcrafted, finished, polished, inspected, and packed before it begins its journey to your home.

Because our products are made by artisans and many of them are delicate or handcrafted in nature, good craftsmanship and safe packaging take time. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your piece with the care it deserves.

1. Domestic Shipping — India

We currently ship Sirpi Studio products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Shipping charges, wherever applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you through WhatsApp and/or email, allowing you to follow your order until it reaches you.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Most Sirpi Studio products are handcrafted or require careful finishing before dispatch.

Estimated Processing Time

Orders generally require 7–10 working days for preparation and dispatch, unless a different timeline is specifically mentioned on the product page.

Certain handcrafted, made-to-order, customised, or larger products may require additional time.

If your product requires more time than the estimated timeline, our team will keep you informed.

Delivery After Dispatch

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally:

3–7 working days within India, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Remote and certain non-serviceable locations may require additional time.

Important

The delivery timelines mentioned above are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Handcrafted Products Take Time

We believe beautiful craftsmanship should never be rushed.

Some Sirpi creations may require additional time for:

  • Hand carving

  • Hand painting

  • Wood finishing

  • Polishing

  • Quality inspection

  • Protective packaging

  • Artisan finishing

If your order requires additional preparation time, we will inform you accordingly.

Your patience helps us deliver the product with the care and quality it deserves.

4. Safe & Secure Packaging

Your Sirpi creation goes through a careful packing process before leaving our studio.

Depending on the product, we may use:

  • Protective wrapping

  • Cushioning materials

  • Corner protection

  • Strong outer cartons

  • Additional internal protection for delicate products

Our objective is to ensure that your handcrafted piece reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

5. Important: Please Record Your Unboxing

Your Unboxing Video Protects Your Order

Because many of our products are handcrafted and fragile, we strongly recommend recording a continuous, unedited video while opening your parcel.

The video should begin with the sealed package and clearly show:

  1. The outer packaging

  2. Shipping label

  3. Condition of the parcel

  4. Opening of the package

  5. The product and its condition immediately after opening

For any claim involving damage, breakage, missing parts, or an incorrect product, an unboxing video may be mandatory for us to verify and process the claim.

Please also take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

6. Damaged Packaging at the Time of Delivery

If the outer package appears:

  • Severely damaged

  • Open

  • Torn

  • Crushed

  • Wet

  • Tampered with

please take photographs/videos of the package before opening it and, wherever reasonably possible, inform the delivery person or courier representative.

If the product itself is damaged, please contact Sirpi Studio within the timeframe specified in our Returns Policy.

Please do not discard the original packaging, as it may be required for inspection or a courier claim.

7. Multiple Shipping Addresses

At present, one order can be shipped to one delivery address.

If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery address.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

Please carefully check:

  • Full name

  • House / Flat number

  • Street / Area

  • City

  • State

  • Pincode

  • Mobile number

Sirpi Studio is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal to accept the parcel, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

9. Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our courier partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

  • Severe weather

  • Heavy rainfall

  • Flooding

  • Natural disasters

  • Festivals and public holidays

  • Courier network delays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Strikes

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote-area delivery limitations

  • Unexpected operational issues

Such delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or compensation.

If there is a significant delay, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist you and provide the latest available tracking information.

10. Lost or Misrouted Shipments

If the tracking information indicates that a parcel has been lost, misrouted, or is unusually delayed, please contact our customer support team.

We will coordinate with the courier partner and initiate an investigation where applicable.

Please allow reasonable time for the courier investigation to be completed before a replacement or refund is considered.

11. International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

For international orders, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local taxes

  • Customs clearance charges

  • Handling fees

  • Other charges imposed by the destination country

These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are outside Sirpi Studio's control.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can legally be imported into their country.

International delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance or local regulations.

12. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Product size

  • Product weight

  • Delivery location

  • Number of products

  • Special handling requirements

  • International destination, where applicable

From time to time, Sirpi Studio may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping offers. Such offers will be subject to the terms mentioned in the respective promotion.

13. Made-to-Order & Large Products

Certain Sirpi Studio products may be:

  • Made to order

  • Customised

  • Oversized

  • Particularly fragile

  • Specially handcrafted after receiving an order

Such products may require additional preparation, handling, and delivery time.

The applicable estimated timeline will be communicated on the product page or by our team.

14. Delivery Acceptance

Please inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery.

Receiving a parcel does not prevent you from reporting a genuine concealed product issue discovered during opening, provided that you notify us within the applicable period mentioned in our Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy and provide the required evidence.

From the artisan's workshop to our studio, from careful finishing to protective packaging, every step is handled with care.

Your order may take a little time.
